24 month warranty

All purchases at HOMEHAGEN are valid under the Goods Act.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month guarantee. This means that you will either get it repaired or replaced, a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by a breach of the product or other harmful approach to the product.

You must complain in "reasonable time" when you have discovered a defect. If you advise us within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint must always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in properly wrapped packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Return

You can return the goods you have bought from us.

You can order a free return label for your return package if you are in Denmark.

For international Return costs should not exceed €40, any additional shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. A receipt for the return shipment must be sent to us to activate your return shipment refund.

Once we have received your return package, our customer service will process your return as quickly as possible. Your return order must meet the conditions for the return and we will refund your receivable.
