We offer free shipping over DKK 349. to the nearest parcel shop. If you shop for less than DKK 349. then we offer the following prices:

Delivery

We do our very best to ensure that you receive exactly what you have ordered and that it reaches you safely. However, we are only human, and sometimes mistakes can happen, just as our packages sometimes get rather rough treatment on the road. If you find that what you have ordered does not match what you have received, please send us an email at info@homehagen.com no later than 2 days after you have received your order. The same applies if your goods have been damaged during shipping. Naturally, we will then ensure that you are compensated as soon as possible.

If you regret your purchase after your order has been dispatched, the shipping to you and return to HOMEHAGEN will be reduced from your refund.

HOMEHAGEN does not pay for the return of sale items, if you would like to return it, it can be sent to HOMEHAGEN, H. j. Holstvej 14B, 2610 Rødovre.

Delivery in Europe/World

We are also happy to deliver orders to the rest of Europe and the world (with some exceptions).

The price for delivery depends on the delivery address, country and shipping method.
The price is stated when ordering before payment - and starts at DKK 100.

Delivery time in Europe is typically between 2 - 5 working days.

Delivery time to the rest of the world is 4-7 working days. However, express shipments are delivered a few days faster. There is no free return on deliveries outside Denmark.

Advance orders

Can you pre-order an item?

Popular items are sometimes added to the shop for pre-order and can be found in the 'News' category. If you choose to place a pre-order, we will not withdraw your money until the item has been dispatched (please note that you must choose to pay with a Visa/Dankort). If you order several items together, they will only be sent when all items are in stock. If you want the goods sent immediately, we recommend that you place two separate orders.

In individual cases (usually in consultation with you) we choose to deliver your order in part.
