These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on Homehagen.dk for delivery in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Order
Homehagen.dk is open 24 hours a day, so you can always shop.
To shop at Homehagen.dk, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still buy goods if you have obtained the consent of your guardian or otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can correct the contents of the shopping basket right up to the time of ordering, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the goods.
Any additional payments for e.g. shipping and payment card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, you click on "go to checkout", where you enter your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, payment method and choose the delivery method.
You can change the contents of the shopping basket until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Order and pay" button. Your order is then forwarded to Homehagen.dk
Payment
Homehagen accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort and all international payment cards. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched.
Homehagen encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Homehagen does not charge any fees for using Dankort, Visa, Visa Dankort and Visa Electron. When using international payment cards, a payment fee of 1.25% is charged for cards issued in Denmark and from 2.25% for cards issued abroad.
We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay your monthly benefit on the last working day from the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will end automatically.
All prices on www.Homehagen.dk are incl. VAT, and in DKK. The prices are daily prices. All agreements are concluded in Danish.
Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order.
Personal data
Homehagen takes responsibility for your privacy very seriously, and we are committed to protecting your personal information. Our personal data policy explains how we process your personal information on our website.
In order to be able to shop at Homehagen.dk, you must provide at least:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
- Telephone/mobile number
- Payment information
When you interact on our website, we may also automatically collect information about your visit. This is primarily to help us understand how our customers use our website so that we can create better content and more relevant communications.

Your personal data is collected either by
- that you yourself enter them into our systems, which can be supplemented by a subsequent contact with you, or

For what purpose does Homehagen process your personal data?
We process your general personal data for one or more of these purposes:
- to administer and offer products that you have requested or expressed interest in
- to administer competitions and other offers in which you participate
- to communicate with you if the product you have requested is not available
- to personalize and improve your experience on our platforms
- to screen for fraud and deception

On what legal basis is your personal data processed?
Personal data collected and processed for use for the above purposes, happens either
- On the basis of a consent, cf. personal data regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter a) or art. 9, subsection 2, letter a),
- As a result of the fact that the processing is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling a contractual obligation towards you, cf. personal data regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter b),
- As a result of the fact that Homehagen is legally obliged to do so, cf. personal data regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter c),
- Because it is necessary for the performance of a task in the interest of society, cf. personal data regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter e).
- Because it is necessary for Homehagen to pursue a legitimate interest, cf. personal data regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter f).
Only personal data is collected that is necessary for Homehagen to fulfill its obligations towards you. If you do not provide the required information, Homehagen cannot offer the requested service.
To whom does Homehagen pass on personal data?
Homehagen does not pass on personal data to other data controllers, unless
- you expressly consent to this,
- it is used to fulfill a contractual obligation towards you, or
- if Homehagen is legally obliged to do so.
Typically, disclosure will take place to business partners, public authorities, audit firms, law firms or financial institutions or insurance companies.
In addition, we may share your data with advertising networks and/or social media for the purpose of selecting and displaying relevant advertisements to you via these networks/platforms and to search engines and analytics providers.
Homehagen also uses a number of third parties who store and process data on behalf of Homehagen. These data processors are not entitled to use your personal data for their own purposes. In addition, we only use data processors within the EU/EEA.
Period of storage
Personal information is stored for the period of time permitted by law, and Homehagen deletes it when it is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously. When browsing our platforms, we use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your information.
In addition, we have security procedures in place to protect our paper-based systems and computer-based databases from loss and misuse, to which we only provide access when absolutely necessary. We also have strict guidelines for the use of personal data in our systems and databases.
Right to insight and rectification
At Homehagen, you always have the right to gain insight into which personal data we have registered about you. In addition, you have the right to have information updated, deleted or blocked that is incorrect, misleading or similarly processed in violation of the law.

Right to object
If your personal data is processed so that Homehagen can pursue a necessary and legitimate interest, or if your personal data is used for direct marketing, you also have the right to object to processing. Then Homehagen will no longer process your personal data for marketing activities.
If you have subscribed to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. This is done via a link in the individual e-mails.
Consent
If Homehagen processes your personal data on the basis of consent, you can withdraw consent at any time by sending us an email at info@homehagen.com. After this, we will no longer process your personal data.
However, you should be aware that if you withdraw consent, Homehagen will no longer have the opportunity to exercise its obligations towards you.

24 month warranty
All purchases at HOMEHAGEN are valid under the Goods Act.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month guarantee. This means that you will either get it repaired or replaced, a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by a breach of the product or other harmful approach to the product.
You must complain in "reasonable time" when you have discovered a defect. If you advise us within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint must always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in properly wrapped packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
